Cari-bow History My name is Abe Penner and I make custom made traditional longbows and recurves. I have been a bowmaker for 20 years and bowhunter for 32 years.  During this time I've hunted deer, elk, bear, moose turkey and small game. Bowhunting has taught me an appreciation for wildlife and nature.  With this, and my background in carpentry, I took up building bows. Throughout the years I have spoken with other bowhunters from all over North America and overseas.  The common bond which is enpressed is encouraging for the sport of archery. Mission Statement My intention is to build you a truly custom bow.  Your preference in wood, antler or other artistic impressions and my design will create an individualistic hand-crafted bow.  Fine detailed work is what I pride myself in.  Every bow is crafted with attention to detail, beauty and longevity.  Cari-bows have limbs designed for speed with a balance of stability and smooth drawing qualities.  Cari-bows have a 3 year warranty against material and workmanship failure.
