This classic three piece design is well suited for the travelling hunter.  The riser consists of one piece of riser wood cut through the riser, then three layers of accenting woods sandwiched in between.  The same combination is also used on the front of the riser with a strip of riser wood glued over top.  These accents add strength and enhance the beauty of the riser.  Limb wedges are also accented on both sides.  One Allen bolt and two aligning pins allow a secure fastening system.
